For all Moms and Babies at Birth and Beyond
Families are encouraged to practice Skin-to-Skin immediately after birth allowing the baby to pass through the nine instinctive stages. Babies and moms and dads should do skin to skin for 24/7 as much as possible for the first 3 – 4 months of life.
The Academy of Pediatrics recommends Skin-to-Skin be given as long as possible and as frequently as possible during the post partum period, which is typically defined as the first 3 months of life

My first pregnancy was very young it one of those high school pregnancy. Need more education on pregnancy now because am fully aware of what's going that I am becoming a mom and have learn on my own now

Its our first baby and due to covid no classes are being held therefore when i saw this function add i was happy and felt less stressed. The idea of not knowing what to do is very scary and stressful
